Refund and Return Policy – Nk Collections

RETURN ELIGIBILITY REQUIRES UNBOXING VIDEO (MANDATORY)

At NK Collections, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns Eligibility

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
• The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
• An unboxing video is mandatory as proof for any damage or defect

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Sarees once worn, washed, or altered
• Minor color variations due to lighting or screen resolution
• Customized or blouse-stitched orders
• Sale or discounted items (unless damaged)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery:

Provide your order number, issue details, and unboxing video/images. Our team will review and guide you through the return process.

4. Refund Policy

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
• Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.

6. Return Shipping

• If the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product, NK Collections will bear the return shipping cost.
• For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled only before dispatch. Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
